I very much liked the friendly staff and family environment. I found the room to be clean and comfortable and the hotel quite central and close to the train station.

The location here is awesome! It's right next to the beach and town center, and there's a bus that can take you to the airport, shops, restaurants, and bars 🚌. You can even enjoy some cool city views from here. the staff is really helpful and ready to give you info whenever you need. Great value for the money! .

The rooms were clean. Great water pressure in the shower, but no shower curtain and shower nozzle had to be hand held.
Room was very noisy due to very thin walls. Bed was very hard. Staff were not very helpful (eg. Didn't know were the Bus to Eze left from). Man at reception didn't speak English (but fair enough we are in France right?)

Friendly and helpful staff, free WI-FI access (however only by 30 min intervals), center location, close to beaches, good window isolation so that you hardly hear any noise from the street, new air conditioning
small room, no fridge, small bath room and shower, very basic breakfast (croissant and half baguette with jam, orange juice, tea/coffee) same every day (but fits local standards of nearby cafes), only 2 parking places (so if you are travellong in a car finding a parking place could be difficult)

The bath towels were sometimes of poor quality.
